6th Cats Cookout
I haven't went to any of the cookouts. Maybe I will have to ride my motorcycle down for this one. Last weekend the had a beach party. That was a cool idea.

SUNRISE, Fla. – The Florida Panthers announced today that they will hold their sixth Cats Cookout presented by Carls on Saturday Aug. 26 from 1-4 p.m at the BankAtlantic Center. Select Panthers player and coaches will attend the event.
“There is no better place to lock up your great seats for the upcoming Panthers season then by attending one of our Cats Cookouts,” Panthers Chief Operating Officer Michael Yormark said. “All of our summer community events are part of our Panthers All-Access initiative, as we strive to be the fan-friendliest team in South Florida and the National Hockey League.”
Cats Cookout presented by Carls is a unique new business prospect initiative created by the Panthers to help interested fans learn more about the team. Current season ticket holders are encouraged to bring at least one prospect with them to the event. At the event fans will be able to meet the players, while also enjoying free barbeque dinner and live music.

The Wild had something similar at the end of June - it was called the Wild Summer Bash. You could play street hockey, get autographs and pictures taken with players, and play some other games. It was pretty fun.

RE: 6th Cats Cookout
I did end up going to the cookout. I bought two mini packs (14 games). It was a nice ride down but I had to ride in a bad storm on the way home.
By the way I got to meet Steve Montador. The coach was there too but I have already met him a few times.
I will post pictures in the next few days.
