Sens' Gerber on the block
The Ottawa Senators are trying to move goaltender Martin Gerber and the remaining two years and $7.4 million on his contract. The club hopes to re-sign Ray Emery to a long-term deal.
While it's not going to be easy for the Senators to make the trade, there are indications the Phoenix Coyotes and St. Louis Blues would be interested in Gerber.
The Boston Bruins and Tampa Bay Lighting also need goaltending.
