Somebody should but Islanders owner Charles Wang a dictionary so he can look up the word "overpayed" and "bad" "investment." Seriously, with Smyth's physical style he won't be all that good in like 3-4 years and anything after that will make him an albatross with such a large salary. I like Smyth, but not for more than a 4 year contract.

Haven't the Islanders learned anything from the Yashin deal?
