Antropov

O'kay, I want to know what people think of Antropov. He is big yes, and hard to get off the puck, but other than holding the puck, I really think he has no skill, and WHY is he top lining? I can see Ponik being up top line...he has some skill, but Antropov, no, maybe I'm crazy though. Opinions please.

RE: Antropov

Antropov produces when toronto is at their lowest. As big and dumb as he is he can get the puck in the net.

Leafs resign him for 2 years, $4 million total. I guess he's a solid forward with good size, but I don't think he's top line material, either.

Toronto should try for last place! Maybe then he will be valueable looking for a season, and worth something in a trade!

RE: Antropov

As a Habs fan, Antropov is one of my common targets for the blue and white for ridicule. He has had a pretty good start to the season so far. But the Leafs aren't off to the greatest start.

I guess KKH said it best:

"Antropov produces when toronto is at their lowest. As big and dumb as he is he can get the puck in the net."
