Anybody saw Thunderbirds Vs Americans

Man it was a great game.Robert Klinkhammer scored two goals to lead Thunderbirds over Americans 3-2.That was the best moment when he scored those two points.First i thought they were goingt too loose, but robert pulled through for them.

If you saw the game what did you think of the game was it a good game or what?Who do you think was the key player?

I thought Bryan Bridges was the key player becuase he saved 25 goals for seatle.I thinks its a key facter who ever stops the goals that could be scored.I think they just dont get enough recognition.

I didnt catch that game but i've been to many Thunderbirds games at Key Arena.

Bridges is awesome in net, and seattle has some forwards who can really handle the puck well. I enjoy watching this level of hockey.

Finally some T-Birds hockey talk. Anyone heard any more about a possible move to Kent? I'm curious.

RE: Anybody saw Thunderbirds Vs Americans

With the Sonics in Oklahoma the Storm gone and the T-Birds in Kent... we can kiss Key Arena goodbye.

No decision has been made yet, but the T-Birds say they will go as soon as Kent gives the word.

However, if the negotiations currently going on between the mayor and the Supersonics pans out to the Sonics getting what they want, it would mean a rennovation of Key Arena. Hopefully meaning the adding of at least 5,000 more seats making it possible to house an NHL team. I dont see this happening though, considering the recent scandal over the other two stadiums just recently built here.

The T-Birds will most likely go, but itll be three years before they do anyways, since the construction wouldnt be done until then.

But either way, go T-Birds!

I sure hope the T-Birds stay though, since Seattle isnt likely to get an NHL team anytime soon. Seattle was the first American city to ever win a Stanley Cup, and someone needs to preserve that history by keeping hockey in Seattle.

A memorial would be nice, too...
