I'm not an expert in this... but it could be that your video card is not strong enough... or it's because it's not the legal version..
How did you dowload it?

I got it to work on another computure with a better Video Card. It is laggy.

I downloaded it from a legal copy. I borrowed it from a friend who only plays counter strike right now. So I have it for around 1 month if i play it cool! Mml

u might not have enough ram i had 2 go buy a stick of ram 2 play it my wife works on cpu's and she said that that sounds like your problem that or a bad burn hope this helps
