Busy night
Boston’s Tim Thomas had to stop 44 shots in a 3-0 victory at Toronto on Feb. 20. It’s the most saves by a goaltender in a shutout this season. Before that, the most saves in a shutout this season had been 42, by Nashville's Chris Mason on Nov. 11 and by Fredrik Norrena of Columbus on Dec. 5; both against Colorado. The outcome was quite a change from the teams’ previous meeting, when Toronto won 10-2 at Boston on Jan. 4, and was only the third time since the four WHA teams joined the NHL in 1979 that the Bruins left Toronto with a shutout victory.
ONE DREAM, ONE TEAM, NOTHING ELS MATTERS!!!
