Can Conklin Outshine Biron?

Can Ty Conklin fit as Ryan Miller's backup? Or will his job in Buffalo be plagued by his mistake in last year's playoffs? What do you guys think?

RE: Can Conklin Outshine Biron?

the past is dead, he's a good goalie,
I think he deserves a change

The goal is not a goal, nor is it not 'not a goal.'
Knowing is the key,
and all logical or conceptual efforts are ego manifestations

He'll never be as good as Biron and Biron will be really missed in Buffalo, i hope Conklin does good though.

RE: Can Conklin Outshine Biron?

I don't think that COnklin will outshine BIron. Biron if definitively a best goaler. But, a team can't always keep two #1 goalies in their team. And, Biron wasn't a lot happy there. He wanted to go to a team where he can the #1. THe Sabres only get COnklin to play when Miller will not play. Conklin is not a superstar goalie, but he's not too bad too. It's a safe move for the Sabres.
