Canes re-acquire Ryan Bayda

Wow, looks like the canes are trying to get back everyone who's ever played for this organization lol. But seriously, Bayda was pretty decent but got lost in the numbers game and was the odd man out. A proven performer at the ahl level. The state of our callups is looking pretty good now.
