We need a another center because our centers stink at a thing that centers should be able to do, take face-offs. This guy is very good at face-offs.

is only like 52% but i guess ur right, we were pretty shitty in the faceoff circle, but i think RW and Defence are more of a concern

i'm not crazy about the whole thing of chouinard leaving the wild and going to the canucks (i'm a wild fan) but i read on another board that someone said that the wild had publicly annouced that they weren't going to sign him or something to that affect so i'm not surprised in the fact that he went to another team but in the fact that he's making i think almost double what he made last year (i think i read on the same board that he only made something like $650,000 last year but i could be wrong).

i think i read that they waited 10 days before saying they signed him. i'm just wondering why they possibly did that (any speculations why). why keep it from the public for that long? i read about the signing last week on the message boards on wild.com before it got released on nhl.com and the vancouver canuck's site yesterday or today.
