Canucks re-sign Taylor Pyatt
The Vancouver Canucks and Taylor Pyatt have agreed on a 2 year contract over $3 million
CKNW radio in Vancouver reports that the Canucks and forward Taylor Pyatt have agreed on a a two-year deal worth over $3 million US.
Pyatt, 25, was scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent on July 1.
The two sides talked earlier this season but were far apart with the Canucks reportedly offering $1.2 million per season and Pyatt looking for a three-year deal worth $1.5 million per year.
Last season, Pyatt joined the Sedin twins on the Canucks' top line, scoring a career-high 23 goals and 37 points.

My Thoughts.
I am really glad to have him back, I do wish that we signed him for a bit less but doesnt matter. He did score 23 goals last season playing mostly with Henrik and Daniel Sedin.

1.2M doesnt seem to bad i would have thought around .850-1Mil for him

I think that Vancouver should stop playing free agents-to-be with the Sedins. That way their stats won't look so good and they won't command a higher salary than they deserve *cough*AnsonCarter*cough* 
Still, $1.5M isn't too bad and I think Pyatt played well enough to deserve it.
