Cats Sign D-man

The Panthers just signed D Jassen Cullimore to a one-year deal. He was sent to Rochester.

From the sounds of new Panther Noah Welch will being opting for surgery. There is also some talk that this signing will mean the Cats will be looking to trade one of the current D-men.
