Cats trying to Ink Long term deal w/ Jay

Man this would be great if the Cats can work a long time deal with Jay. He is my favorite Panther. Besides that he is a very down to earth guy & his play is awesome and constantly improving.

Thats definitely a smart idea considering other GMs are now looking to poach RFAs and I'm sure every GM in the league would love to have Jay on their team.
