Good trade for the stars, sydor is a solid top 4 defencemen, and they got him pretty cheap because of t-bays cap troubles

good trade for tampa because Sydor wasn't very good for them last year, but hopefully he can rebound next year where he started in Dallas, I think the only thing he might need is a change of scenery.

i'm glad that he's back with the stars. with the change of scenery and coming back to a team that he's familiar with should help him this year.

He should do well in Dallas again, I wonder if he'll be paired up with Zubov again. Not a terrible trade for Tampa Bay either. Of course Sydor is more valuable than a 4th round pick, but this was obviously just a salary dump so hey, can't go wrong.
