well i didn't play hockey until last season and I am 18 so i started playing in midget hockey which I thought mite be a bad choice, but I was actually the person on the team that hit the most and I got quite a few ppl P*ssed at me haha but it was all fun, now I am to old to play minor hockey and prolly not good enough to make any other teams as I only played hockey for one year, but I had a blast(and we were the 3rd best team in the league, out of about 20 teams and our team was made of 1/3 first year players) lol but the other 2/3 were great players

I never had the opportunity to play ice hockey. I've only skated every now and then, so I never got good enough to be a strong skater. However, I try to play as much street hockey as I can. I'm alright on roller blades, but I have to improve my stick handling.

street hockey is as far as iv gotten, i messed up my knee pretty bad awhile ago so i dont play much anymore, i still like on occation to play street hockey but not nearly as much as i used too.

I'm in the same boat as you Skip, I didn't play till last year, when I was 17 and went straight into Midget hockey. hah I was also the hitter, a gritty type of player who couldn't do anything fancy, but could get the puck in deep. I was pretty good on the boards too. My whole life I've been playing stree hockey thou, I'm not too shabby at that. In fact, I'm planing on gettin involved in a league of it next year.

I started playing when I was 2 (19 years now). I played some AAA and some Junior in Ontario, but only play some Senior hockey now. I plan on playing until the day before I die. I also played competitive inline for a few years, but gave it up when I went away to school.

I play street hockey like 3 times a weeks for around 4 hours each day.

I've been playing since I was 5 (16 now) and I'm in Midgets now. I went to a player development camp a few years back but haven't been able to try out because I play other sports. But hockey has become my clear-cut first choice. I just hope I can get better and bring it to the next level. For all those who are starting to skate, keep with it because hockey is the best sport out there.

I've been playing inline hockey for about 5 years now. I would really like to get into some kind of semi-pro team but inline hockey isn't very popular here (pittsburgh).
