Ducks Sign Ian Moran

As if it wasn't clear already, this spells out the fact that Vitaly Vishnevski will be traded. Moran will probably fill the role that Jason Marshall played last year (7th d-man). I've honestly never heard of the guy, so I can't say if he's good or not, but In Burke I Trust.
