Ducks in 2007./2008. season
S9o the season had started for SC champions, and they started it without the main players.
1st 4-1 lose from Kings,then 4-1 win the next.
Coach Carlyle will have difficult time to reorganize the lines, now with Penner gone, and newcomers Bertuzzi and Schnider, exp, if Selanne and S. Niedermayer decide to leave profy hockey.
If u ask me coach Carlyle is proven to be where he is now in leauge and perpahs in world of hockey,so i have no doubts that with who ever will left/or leave we can expect the Ducks be themselfs from last season.

RE: Ducks in 2007./2008. season
Tonight it will be a small test for Anaheim against Detroit wich can have big resault for further play of them. Under that i mean, can they comfront and stand up to such hard oponent with momentarly team set up!?
if they can/could that would mean that coach Cacrly got it under control and we can expect much of them this season.I hope for a point tonight.

Well they got a point. That is an accomplishment since they had to play so soon after their games in England.

Ty u Danimal. Yes it was an though game, but they managed and the man in the filed was Todd Bertuzzi,1g-1 ast.But th eman was Iliya Bryzgalov who stoped 40 of 42 SoGs.He was exp. good in 2nd and 3rd period saving some point-blank shots, but he could not stop Jiri Hudler shot on penalty shoots.
And agin Wings have scored both goals from PP,so that means that the Ducks still havnet the solution for their one man adv. (normaly with full roster that would be different!!).

It's going to be a tough game. For whatever reason Anaheim hasn't really had a lot of success against Columbus...even though they've been perrenial cellar dwellers.

The Ducks are going to have to repeat this year before Pittsburgh wins every championship for the next 10 years.

Crapy play for the Ducks last night. 4-0 loss to BJs.The saga from last season with Columbus continues.Bryz maded 33 svs and he was pretty good, but no suport infront of him.Crapy.
What will happend tonight at Pittsburgh.I fear the wort, coz Ducks are bleeding and Pengs may just finish them.
