RE: Ducks in a new season

Looks like the Defence caught up a little in the middle of the second.

Yeah, I should say so. Hopefully the Ducks will be able to bring home a strong 3rd period and get the win.

Perry on the PP and the Ducks are up 4-3 now with 6 left in the third.

Islanders got a couple lucky goals, but not good enough to hold on to em.

And then Yashin with a goal, and its tied up again.

This game may see some overtime.

RE: Ducks in a new season

That was the most entertaining game for the Ducks so far. Although if they hadn't had that 2 minute lapse where they fell asleep early in the 2nd period, they would have won. But it's a good lesson to learn early in the season. Plus with the point they get for going to OT they moved into sole posession of 1st place in the Pacific Divisioin. All in all night a bad night.

RE: Ducks in a new season

New season, but same results: a shootout loss. Didn't the Ducks lead the league in this category last season?
