The EA NHL video game series is the same every year. I dont see a point of getting 08 unless you download it from your computer.

I have both 07 and 2K7. They both have their ups and downs. The gameplay for 07 is a lot more fun, but the dynasty mode is absolute crap.

2K7 has gameplay that is cheap (all one-timers and wrap-arounds) but the franchise mode is detailed and a lot of fun.

If I want to play a quick game I usually play 07, and if I want to play with contracts and teams I use 2K7.

I just got around to getting Xbox Live a couple weeks ago and I can't beat anyone even though I beat the console every time on 100% difficulty. heh. If you want to find me on either game my gamertag is the same as my name here.
