Esche and lack of enforcer

Look, I am a Flyers fan through and through, BORN and raised on Flyers hockey, and I may only be 21 and female, but there are some issues that bother me.

WHY in the WORLD is Esche still here? I am very tired of the inconsistent play, and the excuses he gives when he has a bad game. Own up to the fact that you have an off night every now and again, we will respect you much more if you just say "i played bad" instead of saying "i was screened, my hip hurt, no defense". And while you are at it, go back to being Silent Bob and not talking. $1 million for him? Give me $100,000 and I will do backflips to keep that puck out of the net.

There is no one in the enforcer role this year for the Flyers. That is just sad to me, Broad Street Bullies no more...so why are we advertising "forty years and still fighting?"

Despite a POOR pre-season performance...GO FLYERS!

RE: Esche and lack of enforcer

I hadn't really thought about the enforcer thing, I guess they are planning to rely on Hatcher. I'm thinking that by the end of the year Niittymaki will be the starter.

It's great to see another Flyers fan around elmartel.
