I probably won't be able to make the live draft, so therefore i am interested in the auto draft as well

The only person that I am waiting to hear back from is CraigM120.  Here are the tallies for the different drafts as of right now: 5 for live draft, 2 for auto draft, and 0 for offline draft (my vote is included in on this as well).  I'll let everyone know what's going on within the next week or two hopefully (what draft we're doing, etc).

Once the league is up and going, I'll put up the league name and password for everybody to join. I will set the date and time for the draft. If you can't make it, you can set your list anytime up to 45 minutes before the draft (this is Yahoo's rule, not mine).

45 minutes before the draft time is the cutoff to put the players you want in your ranking list. For example, if I set the draft for October 5th at 9am Eastern (8am Central), you would have from now until 8:15am Eastern, 7:15am Central to set your players on your ranking list. I don't know when I will set the date and time for for the draft, but it will be sometime in September, probably closer to the start of the season (last week or two of September).
