For those in Fantasy Hockey and are in the Western Conference league:

By the responses I have gotten, the majority of people want to do a live draft and that is what we are going to do. Now that Yahoo has opened up Fantasy Hockey, I need to know what date and time works for everybody to do a live draft.

I am shooting for a draft during the last week or two of September shortly before the season starts but I need to know what days and times work for people and what doesn't. Please either PM me or respond to this thread by Thursday, August 31st at 11:59:59pm Eastern time.

I could do it pretty anytime, but I need to know it AT LEAST a week before.

ya I can try to make it later at nite would be better id say as I work through the day but September 23rd weekend I wont be at a computer at all

Thanks guys. If any of you see the other members on the boards that are apart of the Western Conference league, let them know that they need to contact me on what days they are available for the draft.

Here's another thing: we lost a member of our league, CraigM120, since he did not return any of my PMs that I sent him so he is no longer part of our league. It shouldn't affect anything, so don't take it too seriously. We still have 8 people, including me, in our league which is pretty good.

Doesn't really matter to me, I mean, if I'm there I'm there, if I'm out and about, well, then I get what Yahoo picks for me. Its not like I'd change my plans just to draft my players

Do you guys prefer a league where's it head-to-head, rotisserie, or fantasy point scoring?

Yahoo's definition of rotisserie: "In a Rotisserie League, fantasy teams are ranked from first to last in each of several statistical categories. Points are then awarded according to the order of finish in each category and are totaled to determine an overall score and place." I have set up the league and the date and time for the draft is tentatively set for Friday, September 22nd at 5pm Central.  I can always change the date and/or time if need be.  I am still waiting for Hazerath and oldskool791 to let me know when they're free.  PM me for the league ID and password.

Just an update on the date and time of the draft.  I had originially scheduled it for Friday, September 22nd at 5pm central just so I had a date and time tentatively scheduled but am pushing it back until the following Friday - September 29th at 5:45pm central.  Hopefully this is okay with everybody.  I know skip is not going to be able to make it if we have the draft on the 22nd so part of my decision to move it back is because of that.  Just keep the date and time handy if you're able to make it - Friday, September 29th at 5:45pm central time.

It's also a head-to-head league if anybody is wondering.
