Goal counts. Scott Walker and Eric Staal drew assists on the Williams goal and Rod Brind'amour and Mike Commodore got the assists on the goal by Cole.

Forsberg gives the flyers a 1-0 lead over the blue jackets on the pp. Assists to Jonsson and Meyer. Great start for Hitch!

Grahame takes a delay of game penalty and Bergeron gets the bruins on the board. Savard got the assist.

RE: Game Day 11/24

My buddy here at work is a Bruins fan, so he has been keeping me a bit updated. It makes it tough for me because I'm an Oilers fan and I have a bit of a grudge against the 'Canes!

Philly and the BJs. That is, for sure, an interesting match. Nothing like watching bottom feeders go at it!!

you're in oil country

The third period of the bruins vs. canes should be interesting. The B's were starting to get their skating legs towards the end of the second. Could be a real barnburner.

This should just about do it. Belanger finally gets his goal. Letowski and Commodore pick up their second assists of the game.

And the Letowski assist gets changed to Chad LaRose. So many changes this afternoon. Phoenix and Minnesota are now underway as well as Pittsburgh and the Islanders.

Craig Adams is heading off on a line change when he finds the puck in his skates. Makes a pinpoint pass to Andrew Ladd who buries it. 5-1.

Jason Chimera ties it up for the blue jackets with assists going to Brule and Tollefsen. Nittymakki is looking much better tonight.

RE: Game Day 11/24

Game over in Boston. Canes played way better putting up 40 shots this afternoon. They only had 15 total against the Islanders the other night. The arena emptied out quite a bit after the 4th goal and the bruins fans started booing halfheartedly in the last minute. Great game for Grahame in nets and a much better effort by the defense. The team actually skated today. Back to the top of the division and top 3 in the conference for now.
