So I was thinking today: how can everyone of us help qnhl.com get even bigger and more known?

Here what came to my mind:

-link back to qnhl.com through banners on personal websites, blogs, myspace and other forums

-ask other websites to link back to qnhl.com or exchange links with qnhl.com

-tell friends who love hockey about qnhl.com

-spread the word by distributing some qnhl.com flyers to people in hockey centers, puttting some flyers in hockey clubs or public places where it's free to do that...i haven't explored this method yet, but I think it can be very effective and shouldn't cost much.

-write an article talking about qnhl.com to some free blogs or newspapers mentioning something specific about qnhl.com

-help attract advertizers to qnhl.com, by spreading the word about qnhl.com, and other ideas.

How can you help? What you can do from the above and what other ideas come to your mind?

I am really happy with this forum, and with the people that are making it grow day after day. The atmosphere is very sane, we try to guide the discussions to keep it as enjoyable as possible.

I ask you to help my moderators and myself in spreading the world and helping the way you can.

I am working now on preparing a banner page, an advertize with us page, and a few other things.

hey i was wondering, would u mind if u used that picture at the top of the page as a signature?



but im not sure how to make it so when people click on it, it links to the site, if u could give the the code to use ill use it to help advertize the site

if there are banners or small signatures or anything like that, i can put the code or whatever it is on my myspace page when i go in and edit my page. i can also put qnhl.com on my top 24 list on myspace (which i will do in just a minute).

Thanks for your responses. The banner page I am preparing will contain all these details. I will put all the banners we have for the forums (we do have many actually), along with the code to be used in forums or sites (like myspace).

I have an idea too. In september NHL 07/ 2k7 comes out. When people play head to head on Xbox/Xbox 360 live, etc (whatever has the ability to communucaite to your oppenent) you could mention the Q. That way you can face many players and get the Q's name out worldwide.

what about advertising on myspace?  i think it's free and you can start advertising right away from the option of when to start the ad (they call it decision time frame).  here's the link (or just go to myspace.com, go to the bottom of the page and click advertise):

It's definitely not free to advertize in myspace. I will have to check the rates and see if we go with it or not.

But we can advertize freely by putting our banners on our myspace pages. I will try to finish the banner page by tonight or tomorrow night.
