I've got a rookie Federov, Jagr, and Bondra... possibly some other players of that same rookie year but I have no clue what the value of these cards would be. I just came across them the other day for the first time in about ten years.

I still collect hockey cards, not as much as i used too, but I still do here and there. I've got 2 Sidney Crosby Rookies, some Patch Cards, Autographed, Jersey/Auto and of course Jersey cards. Most Valuable is my Mario Lemieux Jersey card, there is only 30 made in the world and its worth about $150.
I'll put a few scans up if I can

I remember when buying trading cards meant paying 40 cents for a 15 card wax pack. Now, you can pay $10 for one pack containing three cards just because one of the cards might have an autograph or a piece of a jersey.

I have a few Selanne, Kariya, Hasek, and Forsberg rookies. Most of the hockey stuff I have is from the early 90s.

RE: I collect a lot of hockey cards and the sad thing is

i started collecting hockey cards earlier this summer again. i do have some cards from the 89-90 season (i found them at a garage sale still in the original package and include gretzky, chelios, fuhr, roy, borque and others that i haven't heard have but a couple others that i have) and some from the early 90's. i also have some from when players were in like the ahl, ohl, etc as well as from junior tournaments (alexandre daigle, sergei zholtok, jim dowd, matthew barnaby, brian mccabe, etc). the majority of my hockey collection are more recent.
