RE: I have never recieved the right answer for this question
Al Iafrate is another answer (Drafted by SJ in 1998), you can go now Devils
EDIT: New question that came to mind after watching some TV
Who are the only two players in NHL History to be named to the NHL First-All Star Team in the first year of their careers and the last year of their careers?

RE: I have never recieved the right answer for this question
I believe it was... to be honest with you I can no longer remember the answer to this question. I know Ray Bourque was one and am pretty sure Roy is the other. We can move on to a new question.

RE: I have never recieved the right answer for this question
Can I butt in? I've got a doozie
Two players with the same last name (slightly different spelling) played the exact same number of years in the league. They both played the exact same number of games in their career, and they both spent the majority of their career on the team that drafted them (it's the same team that drafted both of these players).
HINTS
-One is a forward, one is a defenceman
-Both were involved in coaching NHL teams prior to the lockout
-They were both assistant coaches at one point for the team that had originally drafted them
-They have each played in over 1000 career games
If no one can get this, I'll answer it tomorrow probably.. this one is tough.

RE: I have never recieved the right answer for this question
Oh and BTW, Ray Bourque is one answer, but Roy isn't the other. Not a clue as to who it is, but it's not Roy. Roy played from 1985-2003 and was a first team all-star in 89, 90, 92, and 2003

RE: I have never recieved the right answer for this question
I'm pretty sure it was a great French Canadian star, just not sure who
EDIT: Another question
Name one current NHL player who's debut for the team who drafted him was against the team he is currently with, but who's debut for his current team was against the team who drafted him.
An example (though not the teams involved)
Player B is drafted by the Sharks, he plays his first game against the Stars
Player B eventually makes his way to the Stars and plays his first game for the Stars against the Sharks.

I believe that Jason Dawe has also played for all three NY teams.

RE: I have never recieved the right answer for this question
There are 87 players in the NHL who have scored 50 goals in a season. Name the 2 that did it in seasons in which they were traded.
