According to hockeybuzz.com Washington and Atlanta are interesting about Jason Allison....

Very interesting. I think he would be a great fit on either team... though if he played with Ovechkin, Ovechkin would need to watch his defensive issues more closely. Allison can't skate.

I think he would fit in well in washington because ovechkin needs another player to help him.

He'd be a first liner in washington and a second or third in Atlanta so i think he would rather go to washington for more playing time. but a good fit for either team

Allison between Hossa and Kovalchuk would be deadly, but Holik is there too.
Washington would have him feeding Ovechkin, which would have Ovechkins goal production up until Allison gets injured again

I wouldn't mind either one, Allison would be nice if Morrison can move to RW
