RE: Kariya
He was my favorite player when he was with the Ducks; I have two Kariya jerseys, including one with a 2003 Stanley Cup Finals patch.

RE: Kariya
Paul Kariya is a very gutsy player. He is a small guy compared to most players, but he is always out there in the middle of things trying to get the puck in the net. I have alot of respect for him. He is very talented.

RE: Kariya
He would've been a good fit on the canes. They tried to sign him following the lockout but as you all know he ended up in Nashville so the canes went after Stillman and landed him. I'm still hoping to see him in a canes jersey before he retires.

RE: Kariya
He would look nice in a Leafs jersey as well, but I doubt that will ever happen.

RE: Kariya
I could see him maybe going to The Rangers at some point in the future.

RE: Kariya
Because it's the Big Apple. I think there's something attractive about playing in a big city and playing for an Original Six team (granted, Toronto, Boston, Chicago, and Montreal are also big cities).

Because they give out money and who doesnt want more money. Kariya is definatley one of my favorite players probably in my top 5, the one thing that i will always remember from him is in the Cup finals Game 6 against NJ when he got laid out by Scott Stevens and comes back in the 2nd and gave the ducks the lead after the Devils were starting to come back.
