Unfortunate for the Thrashers with their current situation, Kari came out and looked fired up but it appears he over-extended his leg to make an early save (you can see it on the highlights video on NHL.com). Don Waddell said during the game it wasn't the same muscle he injured before, that it was much lower down in the leg, but either way he's out for the forseeable future and at this point no one really knows how serious it is.
