I bought a PS2 from a friend and received 7 more games with NHL 06. One of them is MVP Baseball 2005, whicf I'm playing a lot, since I love baseball games.

Simple Question: Why Barry Bonds isn't in the game, but was replaced by a Jon Dowd? (or was it Jim Dowd ). I thought when a compagny like EA buy a brand product (like Major League Baseball), they could use all the players names and team and information etc ... But why can't they use Barry Bonds name? Or is it because Barry Bonds have a copyright on his name and not the other players?

The answer to your question is Barry Bonds in not a member of the Player's Association. Bonds is not included in Topps baseball card sets for the same reason. I hope that clears it up for you.
