I understand that Manny is just sitting around waiting for a phone call from someone. I think he would make a great back-up for rick. Snow should get off his ass and sign this guy.

I agree with you - somebody should sign Manny. I don't understand why nobody wants to sign him or are in the process of signing him.

I don't think he wants to be a backup and I don't think it'd be a good move for the isles either. They need to show DiPietro they have confidence in him and think he's able to do the job as starter. Bringing in a guy like Legace won't help his confidence.

The Isles don't even have DiPietro signed yet.

If we don't get a decent backup we may as well put a peice of plywood in the net. This new NHL depends on good goaltending. With Manny and Rick I think we would have a great duo.
