Others I like are: The Notebook, Pay It Forward, Pirates Of The Caribbean 1 & 2.

Has anyone seen the movie The Guardian with Ashton Kutcher and Kevin Costner? If you haven't, I would definitely recommend it - I saw it a couple weekends ago and really liked it.

I'm not so sure about that one. It seems like your run of the mill Hollywood action flick that tugs at your emotional heart strings. Of course I'm suspicious of anything Ashton Kutcher is in and I don't see how Kevin Costner can be in a good movie that doesn't have horses in it...

I HATED the first SAW and therefore didn't see the subsequent ones. The acting was terrible in it. Absolutely terrible!

I try to avoid those type of movies like Saw, they are just not for me.

Yeah, they just don't do anything for me. I'm not scared so I usually end up laughing at how bad the acting and plot is.

*Keep in mind that I probably look at movies a lot differently than most of you since I'm in film school.
