RE: Nedved On re-entry Waivers

Word on the street is that the sens are interested...pehaps using him as a second line center, or using fisher as second line center and using Nedved as third line.

I haven't heard the sens rumor, let's see a source. I could see Phoenix being interested as they've already lost two centers. Atlanta may be interested as well.

Phoenix would make sense, as Comrie and Reinprect are both injured. They are at the bottom and would have a good chance at getting him if they put in a claim

RE: Nedved On re-entry Waivers

I thought that if he got picked up he gets his whole salary with the flyers paying half and the new team paying half. His salary is either $2.2 or $2.3 million which means the new team should have to pay at least $1.1million.
My first thought was actually the Senators. No source on a rumour for Nedved but they are not happy with their centre situation at the moment.

RE: Nedved On re-entry Waivers

I heard on TSN tonight that the Leafs showed a little intrest in Nedved, but soon changed their minds. They didn't want to have to make room on their roster for him and then he turn around and be a bust.

LET'S GO!!!!
