New, Unnannounced Sens logo

I'm sure by now many of you have learned about the new jesrseys and how some teams will change their logo for the upcoming season. While looking to see if there is any announcement or speculation on the new sens look, I stumbled upon this logo found.

Apparently, this was seen on NHL.com in a banner by accident. It was taken down afterwards. Also, in the NHL 2k8 trailer, this logo is on Emerys mask and fans in the stands are wearing t shirts with that logo.

The logo is growing on me, at first I thougt it wasnt that much different, but now I think it makes it look meaner. I like the new change, your opinions?

like people have said, its a small difference. its nice that the cap is more noticable now. however, it makes their logo look more like a guy from the movie 300 Smile

what's this CDC site you guys are referring to? whats the weblink?

It is pretty nice even though the changes are slight. I think they did a good job making improvements on it (even if they are small).

Looks much better. The coloring/shading on the face for the old version was amateurish. The lines are more defined now, as well.

The best way I can describe the new version is that it is more "solid", which makes it feel more like a logo than a sketch.
