kapanen has resigned with Atlanta. Kapanan is a young speedy forward and thrashers are glad to get him signed and back in there lineup

i think it can definitely be a good thing when players from the previous season return to the team. i think it shows that the player is happy where he is and wants to help his team out.

Kapanen played for Dallas last year.
