Oilers re-sign Torres to three-year deal
The Edmonton Oilers have resigned restricted free agent Raffi Torres to a three-year, $6.75-million contract.

Good signing. Torres is a key player on the team and one of the grittier guys in the NHL. With Edmonton lacking a lot of offense, they need to be solid defensively and Torres can help with that.

Yeah that is a pretty good signing. They accually got him for less then what I expected. But if Edmonton want to be a playoff team they will need to sign someone big (but who is still left? maybe Geurin, Forsberg, Souray) or draw a few strings and pull out a trade.
