Panthers re-sign Stumpel

I am glad the Cats made this deal.  I thought I had heard earlier that they might let him go to free agency.

TSN is reporting the Panthers signed Stumpel to a $4.5 million two year deal.  He was third in scoring for the cats last season.

I have met him and he was a nice guy.  I glad he will be around for a few more years.

Florida's season is looking better!

Yes that is good for FLA. They deffianlly will be a much better team this year. Hopefully Voukon will lead them in to the playoffs.

Well TSN might have jumped the gun on this one because the Panthers issued a statement this morning that they haven't come to terms with Stumpel. I hope they can work this out in the next couple days!
