Pittsburgh's dominating offense
Not that its surprising, but I just wanted to say Pittsburgh has the top 3 scorers (Crosby, Malkin, Hossa) in the playoffs and has another player tied for 4th (Malone). But the bigger story has been their defense. They have only given up 4 goals in 3 games during the playoffs. It looks like Fleury is finally coming into his own and the Pens are playing solid team defense. Their coach should definitely be among the finalists for the Jack Adams as best in the league with how well he's done with this team.

RE: Pittsburgh's dominating offense
I think the coach will be in the running but the team hasn't changed from last year. They just kept up their play from lastyear.
LET'S GO!!!!

RE: Pittsburgh's dominating offense
The Jack Adams usually goes to a coach of a team that really improved. I will be very surprised if Boudreau in Washington doesn't win it. Although last year I thought Andy Murray should have won it for doing basically the same thing as Boudreau did minus Ovechkin and he wasn't even nominated so we will see.
The Pens do have a very good offense but haven't really been tested so far by the Sens. I think the defense is the weakest part of the Pens game but that has not really been tested too much either. I would love to see the Flyers get a chance to take them out but I don't think they will see each other until the conference finals which is pretty unlikely.

RE: Pittsburgh's dominating offense
Well the Pens are through and the Sens are done. Not really a big surprise. Ottawa did not look to interested in extending this series. I have never seen a team facing a sweep at home play with so little desperation in the 3rd period.
Oh well it will be interesting to see what happens in Ottawa this summer.
Also will be interesting to see how the Pens do in round 2 where I assume the team they play against will put up a little better fight.

RE: Pittsburgh's dominating offense
The Rangers are putting up more of a fight than the Sens did but still ending up with the same result. They definatley outplayed the Pens in the 2nd half of the game I didn't see much of the 1st half. The Rangers had a lot of help by being on the PP so much but Fleury really stepped up.
I think that defense is still their weakest position and I hope the Flyers can take advantage of that next round.
