Preds Sign Gelinas

He will be missed in Florida. I am not sure he was the only guy on the team to do this but he played in every game the last two seasons in Florida. He was a cool guy and a gritty player. I never met him personally but I know people who have. They say he is a very down to earth guy.

He signed a one year deal for $1.25 million with Nashville.

Best of luck with the Preds.

I do like him. There were rumors of him coming to Canucks and I would have loved that. Darn....

Good luck Marty.

Hopefully he will have a good year in Nashville. He has quite the history in the playoffs so maybe he could be the missing peice and help bring a cup to Nashville.

I was also hearing rumors that Gelinas could of came to Ottawa, and I think he might of if the Emery situation was delt with earlier. Too bad, he would of looked good in a sens jesrsey.

i think nashville is a little more worried about making the playoffs rather than who they'll face in the playoffs.
