Do we will al need the program??

Ok Hazerath, creating a subforum or installing a software is not a problem for me. Just make sure that we do things legally...are we all allowed to use the same sim? How do other people enter their data? I am not familiar with these programs, so tell me how could everyone play if it's not installed on the site?

Nope, only the person who does the simming will need it. There is a free Line Editor program, that I have as well, it allows the GMs to configure their lines and send them to me, I'll put em in the sim and so on, but that's only an option. An alternative to that is to send in your lines, typed, before each game and I could manually put them in. Whatever works best for everyone.

Ok Hazerath, it sounds like a great idea. I am sure many people here will like it. It will also attract new people. Try to make it easy for you too. I am ready to create a section for that, a subforum or whatever we found suitable for the idea. PM me with more details, send me the files, the documentation, and stuff I need to know.

No one else needs the Sim but me, everyone else involved just manage the team on their own, they don't need a program, so it's perfectly legal. For example, 30 people will accept responsibility of a team each, trades will be made by word of mouth, posted in the subfourm. I'll take the posted trades and complete them in the sim, then sim the games, post the results. The only involvement the players need is with the site, they don't need anything to play.

Sound great! I love fantasy league. But I surely don't have time to be a commish or something like that + I'm not very good with computers. I would gladly take a team though.

Alright, will do ! I'll get right on it. Well, first I guess we'd have to setup the league, like make a sign-up thread and get players to post what teams they want and stuff. Also, we'd need to decide whether we want a retro league, with older rosters (I have 91-92 rosters here now) or one with rosters of today. But I'll get that info, then put it all in the sim, outport the pages and send them to you. Sound ok?

Well, GSA's in approval, so we're good to go! First things first... we need to know what year we're starting in. You guys wanna start from the past and work our way to now? That way, we can draft all of today's greats and mould them our own way, or we could start from now, but the only problem with that is that after so many seasons, we'll be ahead of the NHL obviously, so we'd almost have to make up prospects to draft in the following years. I have a roster set from 91-92, that seems to me like a good year to start, what do you guys think?
