Yup... June 6, 2001 was a great day for Boston sports, even if the biggest sporting event of that day occured in Colorado... I've been a fan of Raymond as long as I've been a Bruins fan, (early 80's), go to attned a couple milestone games of his and though my heart dropped when he asked for the trade, when I saw where he was going, I knew it was all good...

I still get chills up my spine when I think about Bourque hoisting the Cup and the look of sheer elation on his face as his family stands right behind him, one of his sons even crying. It was truly an amazing sight!

#2 defenseman of all time of those I've seen.Could do it all.Bobby Orr of course being the best.Good fighter too.Got a draw/edge win against Mel Bridgman.Clap5

Its a gas watching his son Chris play in Hershey.
