As in Sleanne case S. Niedermayer apart of his skills in leadership and hockey expirience and he big influence in other guys moral.
I am for it that Ducks should resign him,but it is all up to him,coz Ducks want to resign him,but they r still w8ing for him to respons and he will do soo after birth of his 4th child.

well i dunno about Niedermayer but i think he will return... and the Ducks need him to be honest... he brings so mch calmness and leadership to the locker room
