Sundin's future?
Hi guys, I am not sure what Sundin needs to decide. He says he can either retire or play for one more season (maybe two). It seems that both the Habs and the Canucks have enough margin under the salary cap to pay Sundin. The Canucks are offering 20M for 2 years, while the Habs are looking for 7M for one year. If Sundin is looking for a Stanley cup aspirant, he should go with the Habs. If he's looking for money, which we know he has a lot of, he will choose the Canucks.
A couple of days ago, he said he will make his decision on August 1. This Sundin knows how to attract media attention!
What do you guys think? What is he going to do?

RE: Sundin's future?
I see 25 percent retirement 50 percent to be a leaf, 1 percent to be a canuck(just because) 24 percent to be a hab.

RE: Sundin's future?
Well I think it is between the Habs and Canucks. Like you pointed out, if Sundin wants to try and win a cup he will choose to sign with Montreal. I could see him going anywhere.
25% Hab
25% Canucks
25% Leafs
25% Retirement
