wow thats how cheap they got him for  haha big bust this season now cuz he aint with the sedins
Well he's currently on a line with Ray Whitney and Eric Staal, both guys who are no stranger to playmaking, so once he settles in scoring shouldn't be a problem for him.

Exactly what the heck is that supposed to mean? Carter isn't a goon.

I'm not getting testy and how about you explain yourself instead of just making a ridiculous statement without backing it up? I love how when I ask you what you mean by saying he's a goon you just respond with, "yes he is a goon." Give me some examples here. No one else seems to think he's a goon. He doesn't take a lot of penalty minutes and he doesn't have a reputation for dirty hits or anything of the sort so I'm interested to hear your reasoning. Enlighten me.
ok fine go back and look at 00- 01and 01- 02 playoffs when he was an oiler him and laraque were gooning it up now with that said i havent seen much of him since then maybe his skill level and skating have gotten better and is no longer a goon but my impression of him is goon until i see different sorry if you disagree

He only had 4 PIM in 6 games in that playoff series. TSN.ca says that he has to be more physical on the ice. Doesn't sound like a goon to me.

Well he is black but not huge. He's only 6'1 and a little over 200lbs.

He's 6'1", 190lbs. That's hardly huge by nhl standards. I've never heard anyone else call him a goon so I'm just going to assume it's sour grapes on the part of superSTARSfan for whatever reason.

what part of this did you not comprehend the guy took several runs at madano and letinen in those games so to ME he is a goon and ive already claimed ill will toward him so i suggest you read my post completely before crying because i don't agree with you
