Thrashers looking for blue line help?

Quote:
Atlanta Thrashers GM Don Waddell claimed Sunday that "there's no panic from this end," sources say he's been on the phone trying to find a blueliner and a No. 1 centre because Todd White and Bobby Holik don't fit the bill.

RE: Thrashers looking for blue line help?

I think the fact that Hossa has only played in two games so far this year could be a reason why the top line isn't performing well.

If you have a healthy Hossa and Kovalchuk out there it doesn't really matter who you but in between them. They are going to put up some numbers. Todd White is a speedy center who should fit well with them. The season is young still.
