It'S a great move for BOston. With the acquisition of FErnandez, they were having too much goalies. I think that Toivenen had the biggest value, because he's young, and that's why they kept Thomas.

Prospect for a prospect. I would have wanted to keep Toivonen but Thomas would be too hard to move right now. Toivonen would have to hang out in the AHL if they wanted to hold onto him and get nothing in return.

anyone know much about Soderberg? I kind of always value goalie prospects over forward prospects since goalies take so long to develop and for example a 3rd line forward is worth more than a 3rd string goalie.
