RE: Wayne Gretzky

I personnally think that Wayne Gretzky deserves more credit than he has. He brought hockey to places like Los Angeles, and St Louis. He is THE example of greatness in sport. He brought hockey back from the dead in the 80's. He is the greatest now and he will be the greatest in 50 years.

It's also worth pointing out that some people think that he might be the single greatest athlete in the history of civilization because simply nobody has dominated the game like he did. He won 10 straight MVP trophies. 10 straight!

Hes up there with Babe Ruth and the like. Those are the only two I can think of.

Michael Jordan was more like the Gretsky of basketball.

I cant think of any amazing football players, but its not the kind of sport you can play alone, either. A slow team sport.

RE: Wayne Gretzky
