RE: What are your thoughts on this year's sens
I don't think Sens fans have anything to worry about. They still have one of the most talented teams in the league. They have the talent that they will make the playoffs. The defence is fine, the goaltending is looking good (Emery is doing very well), they have a ton of scoring power and in my opinion don't need to make any big trades. If they are healthy at playoff time and the forwards can come through (which they haven't done in the past) it would not surprise me at all if they win the cup.

Nothing to worry about. Sens fans were just overreacting because losing all those games wasn't something they were used to. I listened to the team1200 after their loss to Atlanta and it was a solid 3 hours of people saying trade Gerber, fire Muckler and Murray etc. That rough stretch showed the true mettle of a lot of sens fans, they have quite a few bandwagoners. Anyways, Gerber has a goaltending coach in helping him right now and they're fine with Emery anyways so no worries.

I don't know why people say Sens fans are always on and off the bandwagon. If they were just bandwagon fans would that not mean that they only care about the team when they are winning. It sounds like they still care if they are calling in for 3 hours after a loss. They are just pissed off and want change even if it is not completly rational. To me that is not a bandwagon fan it is just part of being a fan.

I should've mentioned that they were all pretty much saying the season was over. They were all jumping ship a quarter of the way into the season.

Yeah those are some of the negative fans me i stand with the sens in ups and downs. Yes everybody hates losing but sometimes teams have to lose alot then they come back at full strength and win more then ever.

Trust me, it's definetely worth it to put up with years of losing (if that's what it takes, hopefully it never gets that bad) to see your team finally hoist the cup.

RE: What are your thoughts on this year's sens
Wow! Great to see another Sens Fan on board here at QNHL!
The Sens, as you mentioned doug, have won their 4th consecutive game last night first the Florida Panthers 6-4. It looked like once Florida took the 4-3 lead the Sens were going to just accept it. I think it was all Mike Fishers doing that put us back into that game. The shift were he scored he was racing all around the ice to get the Sens motivated again. He did, with his goal.
Tommorrow the Sens will look for their 5th consecutive win. Incase you don't keep up with NHL Standings, the Sens have 23 points. The 8th placed team currently in the Eastren confrence has 25 points.
The Sens just have to play shift by shift, period by period.
We just have to go out their from now on and play shift by shift and period by period. We'll be alright I think.
