The 2004 NHL Rookie of the Year was Boston Bruins goaltending phenom Andrew Raycroft. He had a 2.05 goals-against average and a .926 save percentage in 57 games.

Wow! That is a really good save percentage, I wish our team calculated save percentage. I would be intrested to know what mine is. I know I have about a 1.7 Goals against average though.

I had no idea he was that good in 2004 how was he this bad this year, i think it was the sophmore curse lol, hopefully he turns it around bc he was fun to watch.

He has a respectable 6-4-2 record, an ok 3.03 avg, and .899 and 1 shutout. I wouldn't say those stats are great, but I would not say they are disappointing.
