Who will get "C" on jersey?

Now with Scotty in line up for begining of season,will Pronger remain team captian or will it be again Scotty,when they won SC???Or will it be some1 3rd perhaps?

Better authorithy in Scott Niedermayer???
Higher moral and different view of referees if he wears C on jersey,after all he is 1 of D biggest in NHL history.
All best about Chris,but he still to catch up with Scottys fame and knowledge and etc.
